Your Personal Data

From the moment you contact Bookkeeping On The Go we begin to collect data on you. We do this to enable us to provide you with the best possible learning experience with us. We will create and maintain an account on your behalf, this account will note things such as your participation on courses, and communications with our Company.

We monitor and collect the data through three main streams, our website, through email messages and over the phone.

How we use your Data

The data we collect and maintain on you is used to deliver our services appropriately, support you through your learning journey and to meet any legal requirements that we may need to fulfil (for example claiming certificates from Awarding Bodies).

In the interest of keeping your learning experience as efficient as possible with Bookkeeping On The Go, from time to time we may contact you to keep you informed of other qualifications or services that we offer which may be of use to you. We will also request feedback from yourself once you have completed the webinars to help us improve other’s learning experiences.

We are committed to protecting your data as if it were our own and only ever share your data or information as and when you authorize us to do so.

Once a 4-year period has passed after the completion of your course, your work, information, and account are all deleted from our systems.
