Now a little about me. Although I might not look like it, I have been a CPA since the year 2000. I started working for PriceWaterhouseCoopers (“PwC) in 1998. I left PwC 5 years later, after I had my first son. From there, I went to various different companies, both public and private, in a variety of roles. I was a VP of Financial Reporting, an SEC professional where I wrote 10Q’s, 10K’s, etc. I was a Controller and now, CFO. I have worked in almost every industry — from not for profits, manufacturing companies, retail, and service-based companies.
